SquareBear is committed to eliminating “dark UX patterns”. We lead by example. Our prices are not hidden inside our apps. We don’t believe in bait-and-switch approaches to trial accounts. With SquareBear, you get everything with your licence, we don’t hold anything back and we don’t charge extra for “add-ons”, “power-ups”, or in app purchases.

Your admin account is free for ever.

We believe that people who want to try out SquareBear should be able to enjoy the full experience, without risk or pressure. We know we have built something great, and we don’t need to pressure you into buying licences. In recognition of your faith in our product your administrator account is free forever. 

Add seat bundles to so your team can collaborate.

SquareBear supports team collaboration and sharing. Buy additional licences so that your whole team can collaborate, share and benefit from SquareBear’s collaborative systems. Seats in SquareBear are sold in bundles so you can have the right number of seats for your team’s needs.

Scale to fit your needs.

We recognise that product and project teams go through phases, changing the need for seats through out their lifecycle. SquareBear’s intuitive licence management system means that as your team grows it is easy to buy more seat bundles, and, as your team shrinks it is just as easy to remove your bundles.

We know that paying from unused seats can be frustrating. We don’t want you paying for more than you need.

Consulting and contracting. 

Are you a consulting house? With SquareBear, you can hand over control of a project to your client releasing the seats for that project from your account.
